Low Carb Cheesy Green Bean Casserole

  • 1 750g bag frozen green beans
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1 10 oz can sliced mushrooms
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 cup no salt added chicken broth
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp dried minced onion
  • 1/4 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Boil green beans according to package directions until tender. Drain and rinse with cold water.
